By accessing or using BangerSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Service Description
BangerSync is a music playlist sync service that enables users to sync playlists between different music streaming platforms. We provide automated matching and sync services using various algorithms and technologies.
User Accounts
To use BangerSync, you must connect your music streaming accounts through OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your connected accounts
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring you have the right to sync the playlists you access
- Complying with the terms of service of connected music platforms
Subscription Plans
Free Plan
Limited to 1,000 tracks and 1 playlist per month with standard matching quality.
Paid Plans
Basic and Pro plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Service Limitations
While we strive for high accuracy, BangerSync cannot guarantee:
- 100% matching accuracy for all tracks
- Availability of all tracks on destination platforms
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- Syncing of region-restricted or unavailable content
Matching accuracy depends on metadata quality, platform availability, and track availability in your region.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BangerSync for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to abuse the service
- Violate copyright laws or the terms of connected music platforms
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Intellectual Property
The BangerSync service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BangerSync and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your playlists and music data.
Third-Party Platforms
BangerSync integrates with third-party music streaming platforms. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' APIs, terms of service, or availability. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BangerSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BangerSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or playlists, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@flowlist.app. Refunds are not available for partial months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
